Your Account


  • Do I need to register to shop?

We are always happy to welcome you as a guest shopper, and it is not necessary to register with us to shop on infiswap. Also, we are able to keep you informed about your orders and refunds through email.

If you have forgotten your password, Just click on ‘Forgot your Password  . enter your registered email ID or phone number and click ‘Reset Password’.  If the email ID or phone number we have on our records matches the one you’ve entered, we’ll send you an email or SMS with instructions on how to reset your password. .Reach out to us if you face any issues.

  • Do I need to type my address every time I order

No You don’t need to type the address every time you place an order, .An address once used will be saved in My Account -> saved addresses link.  You can go to your saved addresses and modify your default Shipping (delivery) address and Billing address.You can also add more addresses using ‘Add a new address’ button. You can select any of the addresses instead of typing the shipping address while you are ordering.

How do to  place order

  • Create an account by
  • Carefully enter your shipping address
  • Enter the infiswap Voucher/Discount coupon codes as applicable.
  • Check the final price {COD/Shipping charges}. Select one of the payment options (COD, Prepaid, Net-Banking/Debit or Credit Card, Wallet)
  • You will now receive a confirmation mail and a SMS from infiswap.
  • You can check Order history in ‘My Account’ .


  • I have placed my Order, now What’s next?


  • After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email and SMS with delivery details. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way.
  • You can also track your order through our website ‘My account’ section.

Please note: It sometimes takes upto 12 to 48  hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is placed

you can add the product to your wish list and we’ll let you know as soon as the product is available again.

  • All these order statuses are confusing. What do they mean
  • Order Confirmed:Congratulations! This means your order has been confirmed and approved by the seller.
  • Order Placed/Processing:Hold your horses just a little while longer. Your order is being processed by the seller and will be shipped right after.
  • Shipping Commenced:It’s go time! Your order is ready to be shipped to its destination.
  • In Transit:Your order is on its way and can’t wait to meet you.
  • Shipment delivered: Your order was delivered to you.
  • Ready for Pickup:Hope you have a good pick up line. Your order is ready to be picked up from the store location you wanted. (This is only for orders to be collected in store).
  • Picked Up:So you did come up with a good line! This means that you’ve picked up your order from the store.
  • Not Picked Up:That’s odd. Seems like you haven’t picked your order up from the store yet.


  • My shipping address and billing address may be different.

You can choose to have separate shipping and billing addresses. Our folks will ship the order to you accordingly.


Shipping and Delivery

What is infiswap shipping policy

  • Free shipping
  • Refund of handling charges –
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the handling charges. However, if your order has been shipped, the handling charges will not be refunded.
  • If you cancel some items in your order, we will refund the charges in proportion to the number of items in the order.
  • If your order is subsequently cancelled by infiswap, we will refund your handling charges.
  • If you return an order delivered to you, handling charges will not be refunded.


What are the delivery modes available at Infiswap

Infiswap offers you 2 delivery modes:

  • Standard Delivery: Delivered in 8-9 business days
  • Express Delivery: Delivered in 1-2 business days
  • The delivery options available to you will depend on the pincode you enter. This is also dependent on the product you choose to buy and the seller.

How can I check if infiswap delivers to my PIN CODE?


Click/tap on the CHECK DELIVERY DETAILS on the product page and enter your area Pin code in the space provided. You will get the estimated delivery date and availability/non availability .If Infiswap is not covering your Pin code currently, do keep checking back after some days as these are frequently updated.


Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?


You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.


I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?


Express delivery is our forte, and we always aim at sending the products as fast we could. However, the current logistics infrastructure in India, doesn’t give us the liberty to expedite any delivery, at this time. Still, we are working to provide you the best of experience, in terms of deliveries.


Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?

The day we will attempt to deliver your order, we may notify you via an SMS. Additionally, we will call you if we are unable to locate your address.







I was not home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now?


The field executive will make no less than 3 attempts to deliver your order at your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or at a later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/ courier person, when he gets in touch with you.


P.S- If we fail to deliver your order after 3 attempts, the product(s) will return back to us and your order will automatically get cancelled.Refund, if applicable will then be initiated within 4-5 business days.

Which courier company will deliver my order? Can I choose my preferred courier company?


To assure you the best possible service, we have a team of trust-worthy courier partners, who work hard round the clock, just for you! You will be informed about the courier company via SMS once your order is dispatched. Unfortunately, presently, we do not provide the option of choosing your preferred courier company



I had purchased two products in an order but want delivery of both the product at different addresses. Is it possible?

A particular order can only be delivered to a single address. As a suggestion, we request you to place two orders for different addresses.




Want to cancel the order


You can cancel your order before the item(s) have been shipped.


Here’s how you can cancel your order:

  • Log in to your account and go to infiswap
  • Select the appropriate order from ‘My Orders’
  • Click on ‘Cancel Order’ for the item(s) you want to cancel,


2. When can I cancel my order?


Make sure you cancel your order before it has been shipped. That’s the only way we can refund the full amount you’ve spent


Can I cancel only part of my order?


Of course, you can! You don’t have to let go of everything in your cart. Before the item(s) of your order have reached the shipping stage, you can select them individually in the ‘Order History’ tab and cancel them.



6. Will I get the complete refund 

Yes, absolutely! We’ll refund the entire amount for a cancelled order.


8. This is not what I ordered. How do I replace it?

If your order or a part of it does not match the product description, we’ll look into it right away. Please get in touch with us here. You can also initiate a product return by checking out the ‘Returns’ section.


 Why was my order cancelled

but sometimes our sellers cancel orders for various reasons – the product could be out-of-stock, of unacceptable quality, etc. Once an order has been cancelled, the refund will be processed immediately for online/credit card processes.

 Returns and Refunds

1)      How to return?


Here’s how:

  • Go to ‘Order History’ and select the item(s) you want to return.
  • Click on the ‘Return’ option below the item.
  • Select your reason for returning the item and confirm your return request


2)      . What is the time-period within which I can return a product?


For apparel and other non-electronic products, initiate the return within  15 days of receiving the product. We can’t accept return requests after that, and we’d hate to let you down. For electronics and appliances, you can return the product within 10 days only in case of product received defective, damaged or not working when reviewed. In case of post usage defect, manufacturer warranty can be claimed through their authorised service center for assistance/fixing the product.


3. When are returns not possible?

But there are certain products we can’t take back. Here are some of them:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies and swimsuits
  • Perfumes, personal and beauty care products
  • Products that have already been used or installed
  • Products that have been tampered with or are missing serial numbers
  • Personalised/engraved items

Heads up! We can only accept returns within the first 15 days (for non-electronic items) of you having received the product for the first time. So make sure you do it as soon as you can.

6. Can I get a replacement for the product I’ve ordered?

We can replace the order  only incase you received damaged product.

8. When I’m returning a product, do I have to return the free gift that I got with it as well

any freebies that you got with a product will also need to be returned along with the original product.

11. What is the pick-up process for the return of a product?

Once you’ve made a return request with us, it generally takes about 24-48 hours to process your return request. If your request is accepted, a pick-up will be arranged in 2-3 days, depending on your location.

12. Can I cancel my return request and choose to keep the product?

you can’t ‘cancel’ a return request you’ve already made. Here’s what you can do – you have to send us a mail or u have to place a new order .

13. Within how many days can I initiate a return?

14. What is the mode of payment for refunds?

We will refund the amount to the account you used to place the  order. Once an order has been cancelled or a return has been received, we try and get the refund to you in around 2-4 business days.

Was yours a COD order? Your refund will be in the form of a cheque, which will be couriered to you in 7-9 business days.


15. Can I change the mode of payment for my refund?


  1. You can’t change the mode of payment for your refund. The amount will be transferred to the account that you used to make your order. If yours was a COD order, you will be refunded by cheque. If the transaction fails, we’ll get in touch with you for your alternate bank account details. Once we get those, we’ll make sure that the transfer is completed successfully.
.16  I still haven’t got my refund. Why?

So if we’ve sent you a confirmation on the approval of your refund, you will definitely get your refund. Sometimes, we face technical difficulties that can delay payment transfers. If the wait seems too long, contact us for support.
